Yes, worth the buy, just don't expect it to be as good as Peter [fable creator] says (in fact, never listen to him, period).

The two most expensive DLC are the only ones worth it, they both add new areas to the game. Especially Traitor's keep, it rocks. The other 3 DLC are purely cosmetic, not really worth it.

Worth every penny.Fable 2 was such a good play and so is fable 3.If you do buy i suggest you play the game slowly,do jobs, get money,do every quest, buy all the houses/shops you can, also get the free dlc from games from windows live.
The pais dlcs are good too

GFWL = auto no buy for me. Could care less if the game is good or not.

Unfortunately, It's filled with a lot of nagging issues, and the story isn't very good. The only positive things I can say about this game is the artstyle, and the ability to wear clothes of the opposite gender (so if you want to play a crossdressing character, you can absolutely do so - though that still doesn't mean that much with the limited customization options in the games. There are maybe 4 different clothes to choose from, made for each gender). Sadly, you have one LOONG list that will ruin the fun for you:

So is it worth it? Well, I would say that it is still worth 5 bucks - but that should be the "normal" price. 5 bucks for this game is in no way a good deal.

I always liked Fable and wish there were more games like it. But I won't even spend $5 on this with GFWL in it...that is ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves for leaving that cumbersome DRM in now that the game has been out for so long...

YES it's worth $5. This game isn't flawless but it that didn't keep me from playing through it twice on 360. It has that Fable charm. Looking forward to playing it again now that it's 5 bucks.

Well, speaking from personal experience, these are the problems I have had with it so far:
You need to activate your dlc keys through GFWL, and it isn't exactly obvious where you need to go to put in these codes. I spent 45 minutes last time I tried until I finally managed to do it. And even when I did find the right page, it only completed the registration on my third attempt.

Secondly, if you later use Win8, you will need to uninstall, and reinstall GFWL for no apparent reason just to keep the games requiring it from crashing.

Thirdly, there are often times where GFWL can't connect, even though I have a working internet connection, and thus can't continue my progress from before. Even when it does work, it can sometimes take a minute before it finally manages to sign in.

Those are at least issues that I have experienced myself personally.

Depends... If you expect a avarage mediocre game.. then yes.. worth it.
