How to make 2 million gold easily on chicken races?

The only way to cheat at the chicken race is to save your game bet 10k on either The Avenger or Mr. chuckles. One of those chickens will win most of the time even though The Avenger wins more often. Then watch the race you must watch the finish line if the chicken you bet on wins good if it loses then teleport back to the sanctuary and exit the game and restart it. Note you must do it before they are on the winners pedistal because its too late after that point. Save after every win. I do this till i get almost 2 million then i switch to property for it terribly frustrating to lose so much. This is a lesson to never gamble.

You don't have to exit just load a different save the load back but otherwise do it just like he said and you'll make bank in no time (thank you jojobe for the information that helped alot )
