[Game Won't Launch] A Required Security Module Cannot Be Activated

I've been trying to get this game to work for a couple days now but I still can't find a way to fix it..... For some reason, every time I try to launch Fable 3 it always gives me the same error ( http://imgur.com/0tQrQjs ) and doesn't launch. Has anyone found a fix for this ?
I'm trying to play it on Windows 7 if that helps idk.
