As i understand you can't buy this game anymore (without paying >100$)
Is there any chance to play coop (even localy) without buying xbox?

It's my understanding that there is no local co-op for PC.

you can still buy it on amazon usa if i´m right. and no, there is only online only coop on pc, both must have fable 3 in this case

Online co-op is still possible if you can get GFWL working (which is typically a pain in the ass, often more so on Windows 10), but to my knowledge only the Xbox version had local single-system co-op.

no. games for windows live was shut down years ago. the xbox 360 version have local co-op however but because of the weak xbox one hardware(cpu) it runs slowly on the xbox one(likely better on the xbox one x as that is stronger). i have tested both fable 2 and fable 3 on the xbox one and they run at half speed.

Yes, coop still works, I posted a guide a little while ago. It's the locked one that a least should be near the top of the forum.
As the wiki for games for windows live state, while the service itself was shut down years ago, the servers are still up and running and work perfectly fine, (at least for some games) microsoft will however not provide any support for any issues you may have.

As the shop is closed down however, you can not access any of the dlc without cracking the game, or at least I have not found a workaround, and cracking the game does kill the coop.

Problem is i don't have original copy. I originally played it localy on my friend's Xbox (in coop).
I was hoping for a way to buy/play it coop on PC (I dont have X360 or one ) without spending my monthly payment on aftermarket keys

Unfortunately, as far as I know at least, it is impossible to get coop to work on a cracked copy.
You could attempt to google if there's a workaround, but I am fairly certain that there is not.

hi i just got my fable 3 working and i think my online is working to i got it with the xbox app on my pc and GFWL is logged in so anyone want to try online if it works my GFWL is IronMaiden NL

i can play online so that still works just played with someone online and after i installed the game 2 days later i joined someone and the day after others joined me
