Friend can not connect to the game

Everytime he tries hosting we get stuck on "Connecting..." and when we host, all of us can get in but the one friend who tried hosting. We can connect on all all other games but this one. We have turned off our firewall and everything, and still unable to get one said friend connected. Any ideas?

This mostly happens if there is too much players or could be your interent or friends interent and if he cant join maybe your friend can make server and you could join his. If this does not work then free up some space on your pc

We have tried with only 4 people, all of us can connect to eachother except the said friend. Only in this game. In the logs we get port flags, in which we were able to verify the port was open on the PC (cant verify router, as ISP controls router settings). When we host we all can connect, when he hosts we can not join and stuck on the "connecting..." screen : (

Who's your ISP? Is there not a way to log into the router via in IP Address?

Who's your ISP? Is there not a way to log into the router via in IP Address?

Sadly for him, no. His router is managed by the ISP.
