Here is my suggestion for a new game mode.
This game mode will be played on level three because the level NEEDS to have walls surrounding the house. But I would really recommend creating a new map for this game mode. Why? I will explain it at the end of the text below.
Whats different
Granny - In this game mode she is actually invinsible and can not take any damage ( but she can still be knocked over by the grandson ).
Grandson - In this game mode the grandson has to try and escape whilst Granny tries eating him.
Tasks
Granny - She has the same tasks as level three ( they could be slightly changed, but the important thing is that she becomes a cannibal)
Grandson - In order for the grandson to escape i have thought out a little idea, where he needs to find:
10 Balloons
1 Fruit basket
1 Duct tape roll
In order to escape. His goal is to build a tiny "hot air balloon" and fly over the wall surrounding the house.
New mechanics
Granny - none
Grandson - Has 2 new mechanics:
First new mechanic is that for every item he collects it will be shown in the right or left bottom corner. The second new mechanic is that he has to inflate every balloon he finds in order to use them later on to build the "hot air balloon". BUT he can only inflate them while standing up and it will take some time ( maybe 5 seconds? ). The balloons will be displayed in the right or left bottom corner as both inflated and deflated depending on how many balloons that are inflated or deflated.
When he has gathered all the items scattered around the house and inflated all his 10 balloons, he has to go outside and build the "hot air balloon" anywhere near the wall and it will take a little longer than inflating the balloons ( maybe 8 seconds? ).
To prevent the grandson from sitting in the attic or somewhere else to inflate balloons where the Granny can not reach him you could make it so that every shortcut that the grandson can take he HAS to be CROUCHING. So you could make the roof lower on every shortcut so he HAS to crouch while going trough them and i would suggest removing the attic or maybe creating a tunnel up there.
But it would just be easier creating a new map.

In 2D you first make the basement walls, then the first floor and then optional a 2nd, a 3rd, ... . When the player is finished, he can add a roof.
Then the player can save the house and can use it again for other gamemodes.
The builder chooses now the gamemode.
Then its generates the house. The builder can now add in 3D mode furnitures, doors and secret places for the weapons. He has to place some things for the gamemode too. A powerfull tool would be smth. where you can cut of a little bit of a wall or a floor. After that, he can place down some chests with items. The amount of keys needed or the item in it can be freely choosed.
After all of that the player can give a name to it and upload it to the steam workshop.
