So I lowered my resolution and that fixed the bug on the PC to open the door.
I talked to Horizon and got the fourth core from the giant hamster wheel platform but now I seem to be stuck. I can't find anymore cores anywhere, and the room marked 433 says I need a key, but when I go through my inventory, it says I have Room 433 key.
The doors on the first floor, and the hole in the wall on the fourth, are empty dead ends. Every door says I need a key, I have a safe key, but I think that's in room 433, which despite inventory saying I have the key for, I can't enter.
I think it might be broke.

Hey Necro, you need the twisted room 433 key, you have the regular room 433 key. There are 4 different cores that need to be inserted into Horizon. You need to find where the safe key is used (hint: it's a room on the 4th floor that was submerged earlier). If you're having trouble you might need to look for more schematics to use on the 3d printer.

Okay, thank you. Here is my conundrum: The area on the fourth floor that was flooded, all three rooms say I need a key. The room on the first floor that was flooded says I need a key.
There is a picture of some sort of machine on the first floor, I don't think it's a schematic though, so if there is a pickup I am missing, I have literally combed both floors for 3 hours and nothing is popping up. I have inserted cores 1 and 4.
If there is a machine I can interact with, I don't think it is giving me the prompt.

These are all the Core chips locations. I'll put a spoiler in case you don't want to know where they are yet.

Core Chip 1#: Safe in the flooded area.
Core Chip 2#: Trash can in the bathroom to the right room when you enter.
Core Chip 3#: Painting puzzle to the left after you grind across the room near the '433 room', the doorway with wood on it is another grind rail and you'll see a room of paintings once you go across.
Core Chip 4#: Taking the wheel back to the back and the core chip is on the ground.

Okay. So. I lowered the resolution to it's lowest setting........ And now a key just randomly appeared on the desk in the room with Horizon. So it looks like the resolution settings are bugging out items appearing.

Hey Necro, did you print any schematics yet? After waking up Horizon there is a key near the computer to a room called the "RPM" (Rapid Processing Machine Room) where the 3d Printer is. The first thing you print out is a key called the "testing" key and it should open one of those submerged rooms. The RPM room is the first door when you leave Horizon's circular area.

Okay, so the resolution is causing some issues.
When I turned it down to the lowest setting, the key spawned in. So I started going through the 3D printer key events, which lead me to get the binoculars key, which let me get the solution for the paintings, which revealed the core in the corner where the goop is.
However, I had already picked up that core, as when examining it after meeting Horizon, it had an interact prompt.
So I ended up acquiring it before I was supposed to.
So, It appears aside from my own lack of observance, the resolution is causing major issues.

Hmm, I'm not sure how that happened There is a core chip that is there to pick up before you talk to Horizon but the prompt to pick it up should be disabled until talking to Horizon. After doing the painting puzzle, the core chip should fall out of a pipe on to the ground. Thanks for the info, we'll make sure to fix any issues there.

I'm currently stuck on the 4th - Fold. I have the jumper cables and I need to find some oars for the boat, I've looked around for some time and can't seem to find where I'm supposed to go or if I somehow missed an item. Any hint would be appreciated.

Hey Anomaly, have you unlocked all the elevators in that area? The jumper cables are used in an underground area that is accessed via elevator 3. To find the elevator 3 key you need to search the locations nearby, especially the other underground areas accessed by elevators. Hope that helps :)

Ooh yeah I completely forgot to check the locked door again with the rusty lock pick in the 1st unlocked elevator ha. Thanks man.

I'm on the 5th Fold right now and just beat the flying dragon. I got the pig pen 4 key and I've looked around and don't know where I'm supposed to go.

Edit: I just found the Pig Pen 3 key.
