Infinite Barrel Spawn in second level?

Hey there, just starting out and I got to the second level (or first real level, after the tutorial). After getting into the big circular room, barrels started spawning infinitely, allowing me to quickly get massive amounts of gold and dozens of weapons.
Is this a glitch, or just a normal thing to happen?

That event is my favorite! Make sure to scout out the entire level for all the barrels for a major profit. I filled up my entire inventory one time and made some big cash, not to mention finding some cool legendary weapons. Good times!

Wow, thanks for the head's up! Unfortunately I blew myself up with infinite sticky grenades later in the level but I'll keep an eye out for it! Getting it on my second level ever was certainly crazy luck, huh?
