How to kill the head? Spoilers!!
There this womans head showing up that floats and kills me and I can not do any damage to her. Anyone knows how to kill her?

Never! I just petted it. It was a good dog :D

In an unrelated topic there is a tweeter account that rates games based on if you can pet the dogs ... Probably will be a good advertising for the game.

When the face is in front of you, turn around in the last second and you evade the hit.
Then look for the Red-Orb.
If you can't find it, wait a little (while evading the head) and blue orbs should lead you to it.

But holy god, it's the scariest thing that happened to me in a game for quite a while

so far I have been lucky the orb spawned next to me for both time the event got triggered.
