How to deal with Good Lawyers?

I am trying to take down the LA Family, but whenever I try to go for arrests (the best case I can get is 95%), it always fails because of their "good lawyers" trait. Is there some specific way to make arrests work, or is it just about RNG?

You have a SAC specialized in building good clean cases: put him in charge, and remove all actions that lowers a case quality (compromized agants, illegal wiretapes, etc...)

Also, you can try at 95% no need to go to 100%

Got it! Anyway, just wanna say that this game is really good. Just finished the Apalachin mini-campaign and it took me 12,3 hours (no idea where the 2 hours play time mentioned in the menu comes from lol, maybe I micro too much), started the main 1957-1972 campaign right away. Good stuff, already bought the Rise Of The White Sun on the strength of this game.
