game launches but cant see or play it

The game launches and i can hear the audio but it won't show on screen and I can't play it.

i've tried changing it to windowed and full screen mode separately and it still refuses to work.

It is certainly some windowed mode issue.
That can be set from the launcher.
else, try to press W
then uninstall/install again.

Also: check what are your computer's settings to split/share screens.
This can be a cause.

yes, I have two screens. Same problem with only on screen.
For the W tip, i'm not sure to understand.
First, I press W
Second I uninstall the game
Third, I install it and I launch.
Right ?

Workaround : change resolution screen on the launch screen (maybe with uncheck window mode)

I check my game and this bug only happens in RES 1920*1080, others are fine. Maybe we can have a fix ?

The best fix I can think of would be to desactivate that launcher and the windowed mode.

Same issue, I can hear music but no game? Its not even showing open in the taskbar. Im having bad luck on 3 of your games. The other stalingrad the mouse just stops responding to selections. I only had one start where it worked fine. After 15 minutes the icons stop responding to mouse clicks and the game just closes. Only 3 games I have had any issues like this.

For Jey's just change the resolution at launch
and may be uncheck teh window mode.

For the mouse bug, I can't tell, because it is the first time I ear about it.
That must be a conflict with something on your computer.

Had the same issue on my Win11 PC. Changing the resolution in the launcher + disabling windowed helped.
