I’m not sure whether I gave away too much information. I’m sorry if it affected your gaming experience. Hope that may help you. By the way, let me know if you want to figure out the second puzzle you mentioned.
I was pretty sure the reason I got stuck there was because of language, so I'm super intrigued to hear the proper solutions. I've already finished the game because I had to look up how to progress, so you're really only positively affecting my gaming experience :D
Would love to hear the explanation to the other puzzle!
After that, we should turn to the second paper. From the position of the marked character”人”, we can conclude that we should counting from right to left, from top to bottom. The following are the matches between numbers and characters.
千-15 龍-23懸-11境-6
The last and most important, check the third piece of paper. We can infer that in the same way: these blue and white patterns should be counted from left to right, from bottom to top. Then we should count the number 23, 11, 6 one by one to find out the rest three boards with correct patterns.
That’s all about the puzzle. :)
In my opinion, you were stuck here for a reason——cultural difference. It’s difficult for you to recognize Chinese character. And you have no idea that the ancient Chinese writing order was from right to left from top to bottom. Just like the second paper which has a Chinese poem. Actually, the marked character and number is one of the ancient Chinese methods of conveying secret information. It is about encoding and decoding. For me, It’s too difficult for me to express the explanation in English correctly. I must have some mistakes in tenses or grammar. Hope you can understand my explanation!
