How do I kill this cheap piece of ♥♥♥♥?

Been a long time since I last played and while continuing I encountered an enemy that appears to be completely invincible. The guy in the suit with the blue helmet. I can't find a way to damage him and I obviously have to kill him to progress. There is literally no info whatsoever about this online and I don't feel like having to comb a walkthrough for this, so can someone please tell me what the hell I'm meant to do?

Just use your strong attack (hold the attack button) to fling a gold tooth or a worm/snake/snail (or whatever that is) from the ground and then your chair skill to throw that at the enemy. Do that three times.
