Graphic bugs and errors HELP!!

Hi, I've got a problem with this game, when I run it, I can play it, as other games, but it has LOTS of graphic errors: sometimes it has zooms in parts of the sreen, the mouse doesn't appear, etc.
Anyone can help me?? Thank you

Oh, my problem is, this is also the same. It is impossible to play with the game is so choppy. Graphics I have a problem. I can not play... i's so sad...:(( There is no cure for this? My computer is old, but I think by default it should run properly.
