Is Road To Independance Ep 3 too hard??

I just start, recruit 2 minutemen, and bam i have 3 large forces of British attacking me causing me to lose. Every single ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time. I'm getting rather fed up.

when i first started to play this game i didnt know how to do the grand campaign (now its very easy) so i started on the road to independance which helped be grasp the game. tbh i thought it was quite easy.

I've only ever played Road to Independence, never played Grand or Warpath yet! :)

Im still new to TW but i think ive learned to watch my flanks, and use my Calvary sparingly! Also... Cannons make war easier :D

Thanks to the help of choosing the proper city to take first, i have successfully taken, without to many losses (probably in the thousands) [I'm like Napoleon!] Acadia, Quebec, and Falmouth.

I am now working towards Montreal.

I plan on leaving Philly for last, as they are likely running out of recourses because they have stopped sending an infite slaughter!!

Also i have saved 2 replays called "how did i win" because i beat an army of 700 with an army of ~350 Minutemen 9th Regiment and 300 matchlocked Citizens and bunkered into buildings to wait out and when i had the chance, my civvies went in and massacred them!

I'm now having a blast again!

DOWN WITH THE RED COATS!! They do have a much superior Navy though.. making it hard to sail to other lands and bumrush them!
