Darthmod I need to insert disk 2

I already got the part 1 and part 2 in the same folder and when I click on the .exe (part 1) it eventually stops the installation and says I need to insert disk 2

I know its looking for part 2 but I already downloaded part two and unzipped and put it into the same folder as part one

I also need to know how to do this. Someone on another forum said they made the 2nd File a .exe but something didnt work again. Not sure. I'm actually going to try it soon

what do you mean though? because it's an auto installer, if you click the first file and run it it asks for the 2nd file half way through, like a cd.

idk do I have to put the folder in a certain place? I've followed all of the instructions and etc

Hi guys I'm gonna try and help as best as my memory will serve me. If you go to downloads, there should be a dathrmod empire zip folder Unzip it and it will tell you where the file is going once its done copying. Find the file, and then when it asks you to insert disk 2, click "Browse" and type the full file name in there and it should work. I hoep this helps you all!

I fixed this, was very annoying, yet simple, #1 simply change the part 2 from mod db to whatever name it asks for, that didn't actually work for me.

What did work for me, I downloaded (DarthMod_Empire_v8.0_Platinum.rar) (http://www.theassimilationlab.com/forums/files/download/873-darthmod-empire-80-platinum801-patch/) <<<<<<<This is a 1 File version ,,,, Then>>>>>
(http://www.moddb.com/mods/darthmod-empire/downloads/darthmod-empire-v80-platinum-part-2) <<<<<__Simply change the name of the file to W/e file name it's asking for. "for me it was" (DarthMod_Empire_v8.0_Platinum.2)

After quite a few trial and errors this is what finally allowed the the mod to complete installation for me, I hope this works for others.

I got it, So By all the people who have reply, the part 1 is looking for disk 2 which is Part 2 of the file, but look carefully, (on mine at least) there was a spelling error a space error to be exact.
This is the file it was looking for: DarthMod_Empire_v8.0_Platinum .2
This was the file i had before changes: DarthMod_Empire_v8.0_Platinum. 2
see the difference, My file simply had a spelling error.

Um, change the what to what? Do I change the ".2" part? I am confused. :(

1. Create a new folder to desktop and name it anything
2. Drag the Platinum.exe into that file
3. Then open the part2 and also drag the Platinum.2 into that folder
4. Then proceed to install it by running the exe

when it asks for please insert disk 2 while your downloading it, click browse, and you’ll see it’s automatically searching for the file, but it can’t find it because it has the wrong file name, simply, copy what it’s searching for, then go to your folder with the downloads in it and rename the second part of the download to the name that you copied, then click OKAY, this is what worked for me.
