Will empire total war run on my laptop?

I am aware of what you need to run Empire: Total War but I am just wondering if what I already have on my computer is enough for it to run smoothly.
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II P340 Dual-Core Processor 2.20 GHz
RAM: 3.00 GB (2.74 GB usable)
System Type: 32-bit Operating System
Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series
If anyone who knows if this will be enought to run this game please let me know it will be alot of help.

so essently I can still play it but only on medium settings

2300+ hours on 4-5 different desktops/laptops here.

I think it should be fine. You'll run the game on Medium graphics (or just custom) and it MAY be a LITTLE slow. But i've played this game on 10 yr.+ old computer before. It struggled a bit, but it worked. This is a game worth buying even if it runs a bit slow. But again, I think your specs are fine. Give it a shot.
