Fix for resolutions above 1080p?

I have a 1440p monitor and at any res above 1080p, the game basically scales down an gains black borders. It seems to only support 1920x1080 as the max resolution, but I'm still able to pick resolutions higher.

Is there any fix to being able to play in actual fullscreen at 1440p?

try update gfx card that is part of the solution but even the moniter can allso need a new driver or ini file ...some monitor need a what factory call a software update ( and no its not you that can fix that they put in new software that handle the monitor ) my samsung got blank screen within warrenty ...they upgrade and fix it....

so check both gfxcard and monitor for dl files ...be sure its the right Files

Turns out there isn't actually an issue once I get ingame. The menu is simply just scaled for 1080p. The actual game works fine in 1440p and above.
