Game of the year edition
I bought the game of the year edition of Empire total war (Which aso includes nnnoen total war). The game of the Year edition of Empire total war is supposed to include as stated on the cover (Retail version of course):

The Warpath Campaign Expansion
The Elite Units of the West Pack
The Elite Units Of America Pack
The Elite Units of the East Pack

None of which were added to my account when I installed the gamne and activated it on steam.

The cover even says "Includes two full games AND ALL DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT

(Not shouting it is in caps on the cover)

This stinks a little if I am honest and it is not very impressive. i have tried to navigate segas website and it is impossible to contact them as it is just as impossible to contact anyone on steam, you don't make it easy.

But as always,

Thanks anyways

You won't see those items listed separate to yoru game in your game library.

Did you go to your game library, rightclick on the game name/icon and choose "Downloadable Content", to see what DLCs are in your game?

If you've bought it from a shop, ie not digitally downloaded, have you looked through whats inside the case or on the back of the manual for activation codes?

Firstly, Jucifer is an excellent band. Second, did you look under the DLC list under Empire Total War?
in the case there are four discs, two for Empire Tw and two for Napoleon Tw, There is a quick start manual containing a product key for both games on the back. In some games I believe there are usually stickers stuck on the inside casing with product keys, however there aren't any.

I think there was an error with the actiuvation of the product that meant that the content wasn't included in the main activation or something like that because at the shop the packaging was sealed before I bought it so it was not a case of the peeps putting the right discs in and sticking the right product keys in.

And finally im certain the DLC hasn't been activated.. if i go on the DLC screen after right clicking on the game all of them are up for purchase, they don't have the blue "Product in account lining" and im pretty sure they are not active in game lol.

I don't think it's a case of a disc for the dlc, but the fact that it was sealed doesn't mean something wasn't included. I have the Napoleon Total War Imperial Edition and that had included on the manual a second activation code for one unit pack and then a second slip of paper with a third activation code for another unit pack. Thats what I would've expected with yours.
Well that sucks I don't think the shop is going to enjoy this venture.... It isn't the first time they've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up.
