Very, Very Weird Darthmod Bug

In every campaign I play I get some units shapeshifting at random into different units after ending turns. As France, my Infantrie Petit-Vieux turned into Royal Eccosais. As U.S., a Minutemen unit morphed into 6lb Horse Artillery, and Light Infantry turned into Legion of the United States. And these are just the cases I remember! Does anyone else have this issue. Does anyone know wtf is going on?

Same thing.As Italian States my line infantry turned into calvary!
Also,another bug if you noticed is emergent countries that become protectorate of Dagestan!

i saw dagestan having bavaria, italian states and mysore as protectorates

Same, if you conquer it, They all join you!

I'm afraid it is quite common on a number of MOD's and seems to eminate from multiple edited Startpos issues (though nobody I am aware has traced or corrected the issue), it is most prevalent in Dm in the Late Campaign which is a heavily edited Startpos

Finally someone with the same problem as me! It does this with cannons. Ill get a huge army and have 7 Huge mortars, and with every turn it replaced them with those3 crappy horse artillery cannons

It also does this with revenge of the minor factions mod, which i think is way better than darthmod

The minor factions is the way to go, I love being Mexico but that cannon bug ruins the joy

about the units being replaced:

i figured it out some time ago :)
you have launched DME Late campaing, and in late campaing units are beeing replaced.
i had the same issue with expatriate infantry being changed to line infantry all the time.

what to do:
- begin campaign DME Late and in the first turn save the game
- quit the game
- change campaing to DME Early in the launcher and run the game
- load your save
Ther should be no replacing
