now i havent played france in a while but at this point after 5 turns you might be losing money depending on how many armies you have. i would think you need one in the south so you can attack venice and rome, one in the north incase prussia is expanding rapidly and one in the americas fighting the british. you'd probably have enough money for one more army so its vital who you attack. london will only get you so far but in india the cities are money makers. i wouldnt send trade fleets unless you've taken out all the pirate islands which i doubt.
the key really is the india theatre but i always like to give them time to build up all their cities before i invade that way im for sure gonna get money. i made a successful empire with france and thats pretty much the route i went. in the beginning i researched cannister shells first that way i could shred armies and save my mens lives without wasting money replenishing them. good luck on your conquest commander!
