simply located and delete the user_script then try launching your game

Ifd you scroll down and click on the Launcher Overview you should see the launcher screen. You will need to check if you have a user_script, and reset them the simplest method should be
exit the launcher, you should have the options DME Ready, Vanilla Ready, click DME Ready and exit.
Reboot your computer and re-launch the game.
come out from Steam and turn off Steam, save the "eventuality" contents of ETW Folder so empty the ETW folder (don't eliminated the folder!) therefore back in Steam again and download ETW - let me know if this process is allright for you
