CONTACT The Creative Assembly to get Assembly Kit and Workshop added to make it legal, then get SEGA to endorse to finish making legally, then go to workshop and click subscribe. Otherwise, no legal means.

Ignore HazardHawk, he's a strange old character. Best place is the discord channel, there's a comprehensive FAQ and always the latest versions etc on there too. Help available if it goes belly up too
