Start position and challenge (in real life they were one of the most powerful armies of the time alongside the Ottomans). The in game rosta is rediculously unrealistic. Admiral Price did do a sub mod for Darth mod which makes it more realistic.
You can try the Causa Belli sub-mod for Darthmod, which not enables you to play as the Mughals, but adds a number of new units

If you get bored of the Mughals you could try Mysore, Morocco, Persia all with their own unit packs (as well as a number of others),
Punjab has its own unit pack and will be playable in the next release
Those look nice, always found the Mughals a bit easy to overpower in late-game Darth Mod despite their massive armies.
