Does anyone know how to unlock emergent factions?

I googled it and all the links said that the mod database stopped working. Can someone post a link? Also if you know how to unlock all emergent factions in Napoleon Total War feel free to put the link in this discution.

Just use the total factions mods.

I think gamefront closed down. I know that you can get the mods from Total War Center (TWC) because that is where I got them from (sometimes download links no longer work; when that happens, often another link still works or someone posts a new download link in the discussion thread).
