Rename Cities/Settlements

Does anyone got an idea how to make it possible to rename cities?

It's like i got darthmod installed and conquered a big empire in the americas with greece and now got settlements named like french guyania and dutch guyania, i wanted to rename it to greek names such as nea alexandria, nea creta etc etc.
Is it possible?

Unless you know how to edit game files, I don't think you can change region/town names.

are you trolling or just new? not being rude, but no one ever gets banned from talking about mods here. people discuss mods all the time here. no one likes a mini-mod

as for a response to the OP, you'll have to find or make your own mod/edit game files. im not sure where they are located, or if they are hardcoded or not. best way to find out if ask on the tw forum or poke around the files yourself.
