Fullscreen Borderless Window?

Is there any way to get this to run in in a borderless window?

This worked perfectly for Napoleon Total War, too. I set my Y offset to -28 and NTW is in glorious fullscreen borderless window and I can alt-tab to my heart's content without the game reloading. Take my points.

Shift Window app does work, but for some reason the bottom of the game window was cut a few pixels short for me. So what I did is: auto hide the taskbar, then in the app, shift to coordinates - x: -7 y: -30 width: 1550 height: 905. this was much better for my setup
