ALSO, during this time period Steam was first introduced. I liked TW games but I was a bit annoyed by this new process. I mean, where's my box, my manual, my bloody disc (or two), and, etc! Man, you are kidding me...Steam...!
The long and short of this is, the mod workshop had not quite come into existence. If I had to make a guess the workshop will not be a retrofit, either, because of time and money.
Anyway, for what it is worth...
No workshop.

Also ignore this unless you like easy mode garbage, which is easier to do with a trainer than that.
