They both suck. Darthmod had its time in 2009 and thats a while back.
There are a ton more mods better than Darthmod.
There aren't "a ton", problem with Inardesco is that he simply hates Darthmod.
As for your question, what do you mean by "having only possibility to fight with everyone"?
Cons: A lot harder. AI seems to have a Med2 aggressiveness. Opposing factions will just come at you with wave after wave of full stack armies. Although all factions are unlocked, you have NO chance as one of the minor German factions (Even on easy!) No love shown to Bavaria and Wurttemberg additional units wise, which is odd when you consider the attention given to say, Saxony, Portugal and Denmark. Great new units for some factions, but not always historically accurate uniform or timeline wise. They messed around with missions and required regions. In my current game, playing as the French, the frontline has been Bavaria in the north, Tyrol in the South for almost 3 years. Finally managed to take Vienna (A Pyrrhic Victory) only to find that doing so no longer compels Austria to make peace, and two full-stack Austrian armies heading my way.
Heard good things about La Montee de l'Empire4, but notoriously hard to install. Can't speak about Darthmod Empire as i haven't played it. The new Absolutum Dominium 'Mods and Monuments' mod for Empire is pretty cool.
