Timed victories are what they are, but honestly you have ALOT of time to win
You start in 1783 and have until 1828 to win. That's some 46 years approx to take 30 regions compared to the Grand Campaign's 101 years to take 40 regions. Without sailing. And holding provinces takes longer because every european building is 100% useless for indians and they have to raze everything down and build their own infrastructure to get public order, which again will ALL disappear the moment a european nation re-claims your territory.
Thats why I couldnt make the time limit (had something like 23 regions) also it takes ridiculous amounts of time to conquer northern canada ON FOOT as opposed to sailing from one port to another.
