King of the United States
Ever feel like you just don't think the newly minted US Republic would go around terrorizing the world with arbitrary war declarations and generally hostile relations? CROWN A KING.

Easily enough done, just force a revolution led by the middle class! Even in turn one of the United States campaign you can start up your road to a Monarchy.

Exempt everywhere from taxes, except for Philadelphia. Max the taxes on the middle class, drop the lower class taxes down a tick, and disband any troops within the city. Pass a few turns, let the rebellion happen, and side with the rebels. Beat up those peaceful hippy freedom-lovers and VOILA! You have a Constitutional Monarchy. Keep it, or repeat the steps (maxing taxes on the new higher class) and force another revolution to install an Absolute Monarchy! WOO! All the control of a Republic without the nasty RP feeling of betraying the principals of the (now burned) Constitution.

Please note, you're kinda hamstringing yourself, considering the Republic bonuses:

The flag also seems like a true americrown symbol.

I would consider buying the game if there is a sceanio where you can beat down the rebellion in the colonies, and keep the americas as european colonies all the way from Canada down to Argentina

The first mission of the British Empire is to ensure the United States does not break off. South and Central America are, indeed, still Spanish colonies. I'm not really even sure that's a spoiler...

I wholly recommend purchasing it.

@Jaradiel- One of the objectives in Grand campaign for the British Royal Crown Is protecting the 13 colonies from Indians and other countries. France and spain have small "protectorate" colonies in the new world from Canada to Argentina. If you are the crown and decide to get invloved in the Americas (You will start with Jamaica) Then you can hel the 13 colonies and protect and try to keep peace with in the region from all threats , Especially pirates. If you Don't help the 13 colonies then they become surrounded by French,Indians and possibly spain, Even If they can fight off the invaders a Rebellion will start somwhere in the 13 colonies, Usually New Yor, Maryland or Boston/Maine, Once the rebellion is sucessful They will become America (Republic or crown) and then You'll have America and 13 colonies.

I stayed Republic with the USA campaign because it's not worth it to switch due the AI bonus, and didn't plan to conquer the world in that campaign.

You don't play the US in the Grand campaign, you have to select it in the Road to Independance, like I said previously -.- It's chapter 3 or 4 in it.
