There is an editor called the ESF that can be downloaded from a site called TWCenter, that opens up your saved game file. Then you can add as much money as you wish. Along with some other stuff.

I usually like dumping money into both my coffers and the enemy with the goal being much larger militaries, and therefore larger battles.

I was thinking the same thing. I used the ESF and gave a few factions lots of money(I was playing NTW) but I didn't notice any difference.

SaveParser is the most simple to use for us idiots .Edit any TW game (some more features than others) Learned in 5 mins how to us it . Open it up ,pick a TW game to eidt,open save game and edit the numbers in faction ,save as and go into the game and load new modified save file which will have _SP at the end as it creates a new copy of the save file you modified
