Fak this game's discord

I just joining the server because of early access back there in 2020 and i never ever chatting in there. And suddenly, Discord give me 3 times warning to my account and all message is from this game's discord have been banned because of spread some minor stuff.

Three times warning man! Wtf

Fak you dev, now i'm afraid my account is gone and all my job connection there.

And all of this because of your game's discord!

And how is this the devs fault? Blame Discord if you have to, because there was nothing that was against the ToS in the official Discord and even if there was sending 3 times the same warning is just Discord not working at all.

Hi, I am an avid discord user, I do not own this game, but I did get notified of what was happening due to a friend, the good news is, warnings are a fair use general term of "You did nothing wrong, but you were a part of this discord" I can testify that there are no strikes on your account whatsoever because you didn't break any of the rules, you all should be perfectly fine and safe as long as you don't break the EULA of Discord, the Discord owner however is in likely participation of a ban, and the users who broke the rules

Devs could just have the rule not sharing it since their 1st strike by Discord.

Yeah, i'm glad with that. I'm just worrying about this warning cos this is my first time got this warning since i created discord account in 2016 and i got 4 same warning because of this game's discord.

This is patently, or at the least partially, false. There are several companies now, such as Kagura Games, Otakuplan, and others which sell perfectly legal translations of games with art that is against Discord's ToS. Discord are the ones that make their rules, but ero art of characters like Nobeta is actually not illegal, otherwise these game translations wouldn't exist for sale either.
Do note I am not American, hence the 'partially' false; it may very well be an issue of different US states having different laws regarding what is acceptable.

Ah, i see. I was afraid it might affect my account since i do own a community server.
And i got 4 warns since this morning, one per hour each.

that's not true at all, even the fbi has told people like you to stop treating drawings as the real thing because its a waste of their time and gets in the way of protecting real people

As an American, I can confirm that you are wholly correct. There is no law against art of any kind, as it would break the very first line in our Bill Of Rights, the freedom to express.
Even our FBI, that is so often meme'd about, has made multiple announcements and statements telling people to stop reporting art/drawings/animations/etc. as it is not illegal to make such content.
The law specifically states that it must be completely and utterly "indistinguishable" from real individuals.
That said, the terminally online can not tell fantasy from reality, so everything to them is "literally a child" or whatever crack pot sentiment they are spewing.

Just so you're aware, the warnings are harmless. They do nothing to your account. It's actual violation strikes you should be worried about.

Strikes will tell you what you directly did to violate their guidelines. In this case, you were just given a few warnings, as did everyone else that was in the server.

It's very likely that the only people that got any sort of punishment were the devs that were the admins/mods of the server.

tl;dr: your account is fine, nothing will happen to it. Warnings are harmless and you can get infinite amounts and will change nothing about your account.
