I can only assume forced, but I can't find anything confirming one or the other. But you know how all her outfits has an art that shows them off including her undies? Her original outfit has one too and they're not granny panties.

When you assume, you make an ass of U and me. Until the creators come out and say yeah "yeah, we were forced by X entity to make the change", I'll leave it to creative decisions.

But think about the little poor noveta, she is just a program, not a real person ( as far as I know), don't you think some code and drawings deserve the same rights as you and me? Now gonna check if the mega naughty mod is finished then I think about buying the game.

Yeah, it's weird that they changed her underwear into shorts for her original outfit, but almost all the other outfits show her panties even on PlayStation. I guess they were just testing the waters to see what they could get away with.

i don't think it's a problem because the other skirt outfits features triangle panties

if we're talking about censorship, i think it's the swimsuit (available in the base game). It really doesn't need that shirt covering up everything.

EDIT: the bunny outfit DLC might be censored too. It's not like the normal bunny outfit, the front bottom part is covered. It might be just design choice instead of censored though (a really bad design choice!) ... not sure ... but the swimsuit is 100% censored, there is really no arguing with that one.

I have been here since the demo days (not even early access) and to my knowledge her default outfit never had pantsu. There were like 2 mods that gave her shorter skirts and panties that no longer worked on the full version of the game (I actually missed the short skirt one lol).

alot is censored or adjusted for some reason. meanwhile there is alot of official lewd art work. even some with some inconsistancies with some of the proportions of the characters. in august they released another manga. a doujinshi. if you catch my drift.

Because the swimsuit isn't censored, the shirt is almost fully transparent, it isn't hiding anything.

If it were censorship, it wouldn't be transparent at all. It is simply a terrible design choice, not censorship.
