If you instead started a new file instead of doing NG+ though, then that might be the problem. You might have to "catch up" to your old file before it'll start counting again. If it's not that, then I dunno (maybe you happened to lose your internet at the time or something?).
I havent really seen it, but they said theres like an ingame counter or something for this stuff.
Also no, havent made a new file, still playing on the first one, which is currently NG2
Yeah, that was probably around when the game was leaving Early Access, and similarly to my original comment, you had to "catch up" to your old progress in that scenario too.
But yeah, it'll probably still be counting either way.
(Forgot to actually post this comment before going to sleep, but looks like you already got one of the achievements since then and progressed a bit in the other two, so I guess that's that haha)
I need to find a good spot for the 3OK achievement (why this much?! lol), i heard that apparently you can cheese it on Monica's second phase by parrying her orb attack that shatters the floor, since you will also apparently "parry" the dmg from the lava, which is like 9999 dmg, dunno if thats true or im getting trolled big time.
If you'd rather get it a more normal way, I'm guessing the Deranged Spectre Armor (the red armor boss) does ~150 damage on NG+2 with most of its attacks? That'd be just about perfect for the amount of active chants you also have left according to steam.
Or just having a couple spitter enemies in the early areas shooting at you at the same time would probably work just as well too if you sync them up with line-of-sight manipulation. Arguably the easiest attack in the game to parry as well.
Reminder that these suggestions are with simultaneous Melee Master + Divine Reaction progress in mind, as well as basing it on how much steam is saying you have left; if it was just Divine Reaction, the red armor (or other later bosses) would probably still work pretty well for that? But high level Absorption stun could get annoying when it interrupts their combo...
So maybe it's spitters all the way either way? Could perhaps do something like gather up as many of them as you can (enemies that aren't coded to stay rooted in their spawn spot will chase you to the ends of the earth as long as they can keep catching glimpses of you) and then parry spam them from afar if your Absorption has a vaccuum effect.
There might be better non-cheese ways, but those are what I could think of off the top of my head at least.
I just found the in-game counter was somehow reset to 0, maybe upon unlocking of the Melee Rockstar. Deeper investigation showed that I currently have 72 counter now, and the chants work as expected. Successful chants were registered as usual. So I guess if I continue to farm this achievement will finally pop up.
I have no issues with the other achievements you mentioned, but guessing they are in similar situations.
BTW, you can track all achievement progress/unlock status in System.dat, though the file is encrypted in the same way as other three game save files. Also, you'll need a successful save writing to permanently obtain achievement progress. This means, ALT+F4 or game crashing will likely lead to lose of unsaved progress.
My counter didn't move while I was trying to farm with Fire, but it moved as soon as I switched to Arcane and everything worked out.
