Newly made mods?

As I'm sure everyone knows, old mods for Nobeta don't work anymore. Has anyone made NEW mods like this guy's (https://twitter.com/no_betam_od) mod here?(https://ux.getuploader.com/nbt_mod/download/3)

So far I haven't been able to find any. There's a modder here in another discussion saying they might edit the old mods so they work in the full release of the game, but that's the extent of it.
I'm really considering giving a shot at becoming a modder myself, but no idea how to start lol. I'm a 2D artist but have no experience with 3D or Unity for that matter.
