Does anyone know how to take Nobeta's hat off?

I've seen some players take Nobeta's hat and coat off her in some videos. Does anyone know how to do it?

I do not have a "game" option in settings. I have tried every option around and nothing to adjust appearance to take the hat off. Do you have to play more to unlock it? Just over 30 min in so far..

The option has been removed now in the final release. I assume it's because the hat and cape are removed in specific moments in the story.

So basically, you cannot alter the design of any of her outfits? I want a confirmation, because if it isn't possible, I'm not touching this game ever.

Well I already finished the game but the option hasn't appeared anywhere in the menu yet ;-;

It's possible some mod will show up allowing you to do it (or much more) tho. But meanwhile I'd encourage you to just play the game as it is if you enjoy this kind of gameplay. Most areas (especially the older ones) look pretty boring but the level design is pretty nice and the combat really satisfying once you learn it, especially in higher difficulties. Plus it's the only 3d souls-like I know you can play as a loli xD

I appreciate the recommendation, and the effort you put into describing the game, but I'll pass. I'm not a fan of souls-like games. Playing as a scantily dressed smol witch would've given me incentive, but without the ability to remove the shirt from that swimsuit, none of her outfits appeal to me very much. I don't support devs unless something in the official game appeals to me. Mods are great, but I cannot bring myself to spend money on a product that requires them for fanservice.

Perfectly understandable. As soon as I unlocked the swimsuit I tried finding a way to remove the shirt lol.
Unfortunately we're out of luck. It's a miracle the skin even managed to get into the game tbh, as the developers have been fighting for it for quite a while.
Anyway I wish you the best of luck with whatever game piques your interest next! ^^

Thanks for the confirmation. I appreciate it. I've been trying to get that information all day. Now I can officially move on from this game. Disappointing, but that's life I guess.

Was just hoping to take the hat and cape off since earlier versions seemed like that was possible..

They could at least make the hatless outfit an option in NG+, since the reason is just story-related, and if you reached NG+ you've already seen it all.

Agreed I was hoping they would do that.
The game is made on Unity tho, so editing the models should be pretty easy for those who know what they're doing. I wish I was one of those ;-;
Or maybe we can ask and hope they add the option back in a future update.

They'll have to build them from the ground up. Most modding sites ban mods of characters who look like this too. But some people insist you buy the game for the mods.

they still work the same way, its just the file names and paths have changed in 3 years

Just tried a couple mods that failed maybe someone smarter than me can update a fix or update/figure out the pathing.
