What is required to reach 100% completion?

Been stuck at 82% percent now for a while and I was wondering if anyone knows what the requirements are for 100%ing the save file, feel a bit lost since I've bought all moves and gotten the secret ending.

I think you need to recruit every enemy variation.

I don`t think you need to recruit every enemy in the game for 100%. I manage to get achievement without this. But i beat the game twice with Misako and Kunio. Also you can spend money on all combos for all 4 characters. Try to buy almost all food in the game atleast once for both girls and acessories for one of them. This is how i get mine save file with 100% completion

I'm not saying you're wrong or anything, the conditions aren't exactly clear so it may not require you to even play as the secret characters... but here's my take on the subject:

I have a 100% complete save, not sure what the requirements were but here's what I did so far:


- Recruited every enemy type variation.

- Leveled all 4 characters to 30

- Bought every single food item / accessory with all 4 characters so they all have maxed out stats.

- Bought every single dojo move for all 4 characters.

- Finished every side quest and beat the game with the normal ending.



I haven't even fought the true final boss and got the real ending yet or even started NG+ and my save file says 100% on it.

Try what Mr. Lighting Bolt said first as it's way less work but there's that.

Confirmed that you do NOT need to recruit every enemy type variation.

I just got the achievement on the following:

- One character to Max level
- Recruit one of every TYPE of enemy (do not need all colors)
- Roll credits on Regular game and New Game +
- Buy all food and accessories on one character (max out stats) (Also note TWO secret shop accessories)
- Buy every dojo move for all four characters
- Finished every side quest

I think you also don't need the secret shop accessories or have to beat new game+

You do need the secret shop's accessories. That was the last thing I needed.
(I ended up buying them on two separate characters and it still counted.)

If I remember right, the next thing I did was finish finding all cats for that accessory, except I saw that I already had the achievement before having everything done...

I don't know what I did then...IK had 98%, did the new game, and I saw I was missing 4 recruitable characters...upon doing so, I am now at 99% I still need to get Rikku and Kunio up to lvl 30 each.

I just finished the game 100%. The next steps that need to be done are as follows

1-Finish the main game
2- Finish all side quests
3- Unlock all moves for all 4 playable characters
(Make them go up to at least level 12)
4- Eat all food (With only one character)
5- Buy all accessories (With only one character)
6- No item in the shops must have the icon ?????
6- Complete the mission in the NG+ world by finding the cats to get the accessory that gives you unlimited SP

I had to recruit every type of enemy ONCE for ONE character - just the type, not all color variations, and then I got it (on top of everything mentioned above)
