[UPDATED - 8/16/2014 @ 5:30PM US Central] - Here is a collective list between Dev & Community:

Adjust: Use bounding volumes for Characters & Spectator.
Adjust: CinemaMode - Remove 'Ponder Your Mistakes", Shop HUD Markers, Player Names.
Adjust: Improve client-side power jump screen animation.
Adjust: Improve client-side jetpack-start screen animation.
Adjust: Improve Dinosaur animation blending.
Adjust: Improve buying @ shops experience (sometimes requires multiple clicks).
Adjust: Reduce fall damage from Power Jump (increase fall damage height).
Adjust: Power Jumps to not make 1P Weapons play 'equip' animation.
Adjust: Slightly reduce chances of rain/snow storms.

I had 5\6 dino skins: all of them reappeared in the Prelude Beta except the desert spino

Bronze, silver, and chrome hammer colors all look the same.
Also, laser rifle STILL deals far less damage than it should. It's hitting for 1050 on headshots in hard mode. 500s otherwise for small dinos.

havent noticed the ironsights bug on scoped rifles tho, some have mentioned in game that when playing with guns ironsights are way off, can confirm that!
I don't like how fidgety the hands are when holding an Energy Carbine. It's like he's struggling to hold it and it's very distracting. The actual look of the weapon and the lights look great though.
I experienced a visual glitch where my primary weapon would appear to be floating above whatever I was currently holding. This happened when I switched between my primary weapon to my secondary, and ended when I switched back to my primary.

This one is awesome. On a Raupi Survival map, my friend had a Mech that was low on health. Between waves he attempted to repair the mech with a utility gun. (It worked fine on my tank.) It did nothing at all. I also attempted to use a utility gun and it had no effect on the mech.

Try repairing the mech while someone is piloting... I always play support, usually thats what i have to do to repair ppls mechs in particular.

This works. So it's a bug, but it's not specific to Prelude.
I dropped a ton of credits on the ground (over 100k) and after picking them up, there was a graphics glitch where a pile of credits still appeared on the ground for a while after.
On a Conquest game, I was solo starting out and 3 of the 4 bots went to hug a wall about 250m from the generator for no good reason. They were stuck there for 10 minutes, so they were not helpful to the match in any way. I ran a Gladiator over to them and was able to coax them into entering the vehicle.
When I joined one of the official Prelude Conquest servers, it said that I couldn't join because the host was playing with some DLC that I did not have. Then it let me in anyway.

bots dont seem to shoot at all enemies- appearently they skip enemies that arent *conventional dinos*. this means the altairs(are they altairs? i dont really know), bonus wave(thanks for that one), silly dinos and ghosts dont get targeted, and they'll just run around until they die
It rains inside buildings on conquest mode.

Also, I was playing conquest with a few people and the gamemode randomly switched over to vital right after we had captured the second base. Even the person hosting had no idea what happened.

Capture the outpost isnt allowing me to capture when i reach the objective area. Ive tried on a few different maps.

You have to kill all the dinos before you can capture an outpost.

Created friends only server and it not listed for friends had to still manually invite. Made insane server with no world dinos and still had world Dinos. Also if a friend joins and disconnects and rejoins it says respawning next wave even if the match hasnt started yet.
