Final Torch - Teehee 15 - Missing something?

The game is really bad at signposting what order you're supposed to do things in, so I'm in a weird spot where my Realm is basically as finished as it gets without being able to do rainbow damage, but despite my best efforts, I can't come close to getting my damage to where it can kill teehee 15 for the last torch.

I'm sitting here with 5-star cards for the best damage output gains I can get, a completely finished blacksmith up through Djinnic equipment, Realm basically finished, my AP perks are into the 20Q range, my Rebirth perks are finished, and the infinite perks are in the 10M range. My mastery tree is completely done layer one, and about half done layer 2. My final tier potions are all in the 300-400 range, and the rest are in the 500-700s

I assume if I'm missing something obvious it's going to be that getting further into Spelunking is going to be the way forward? It looks like there are some crusade tiers and other things that it unlocks that I assume will be the thing.

Because I'm here at like mid-5-solar damage on Teehee 3 and completely unable to get kills past there.

Could I just ask what level your "Eviscerate" Skill is. The one from the 3rd boss shop in asylum. I was hoping to get it high enough combined with the lab upgrade to only have to get around to where you are. Mine is about in total 9 kills in front but hoping to get it to around 13 if possible, so killing tehee 2 would be granting kills for tehee 15.

I am only at incarnate 50, currently trying to get the 5th ice cream but stuck at last keymaster. I have a lot of areas i havent really touched like crusades, tunneling and pets are only level 100(LOL). It would give me something to aim for.

Well I'll start by crushing your dreams directly in that I've seen several places say that simply getting kills counted on TeeHee 15 doesn't actually get you the completed torch, and you actually have to kill it on screen for it to count.

But as it stands, I'm only on-screen killing Tee-Hee 4, which is putting kills onto Tee-Hee 13 (I have +2 from eviscerate and +7 from the lab bonus) so I can't confirm whether you can eviscerate your way into the last torch.

I have completed all the ice creams though so I'm obviously out-damaging you in other ways if you're still stuck on ice cream 5. The big jump for me was realising that the way forward is idle damage not skill damage, so focus on all the boot smith upgrades, and look for cards that boost idle damage and speed. And also, when you're making your fighting deck, try to split the cards up between damage, base damage, trinket efficiency, and idle damage so you're boosting each variable instead of just one.

Thanks for the heads up, I do only want to get to Teehee 15 for the idleon crossover reward, it says just reach it so hopefully that doesn't include having to kill it active. I think over the weekend i will dabble a bit in tinkering and get my pets level up.

I did finally just get the 5th ice cream back after being stuck on the keymaster so i think that's my limit for now. I have 600 gems so i think i may buy the extra card slots as still only using the default 3. They seem to be the best things which will give be a greater boost

Uppping to the full 10 cards, and then taking the time to go farm them all up from every zone was a huge boost, both in general for access to cards to use on various screens, and for the rebirth boosts giving stats based on your total card level from zones.

Among other things, setting up a deck of +perk points gained and +xp from skillers to start off a rebirth had a MASSIVE impact on how deep into the infinite perk tree you can get.

Happily, I can confirm that you can indeed eviscerate your way through to the kills on teehee 15

Honestly, I start to lose interest, the feeling of progression is completely gone for me.

The Eviscerate skill from the Asylum buffed by the potion in brewing lets you get the necessary kills on teehee 15 without having to get close to actually fighting him directly.

I can confirm you that you don't need to kill teehee fighting him directly. When you achieve teehee 16 get the torch.

I mean, getting to teehee 16 is one of 4 torches you need to do to actually unlock Torchy. I assume you've done the other three:

2. Golden Ice Cream
3. 50th afterlife boss
