Discord FAQ:
• Can I transfer my save between Steam and Android/iOS ?
Unfortunately not. I am using Steam's Cloudsave to save your progress, and it isn't compatible with the cloudsaving system I use for phones. There are no plans to make this possible in the future either -- and yes, I understand this is possible in IdleOn, but thats because I'm not using Steam Cloudsave in IdleOn, but I am for Idle Skilling (same reason why you need to login with an email to IdleOn on Steam, but you dont have to for Idle Skilling on Steam)

that settles it then!
we all clicked on the yes I accept terms of use from Google, steam,.. and others.
we all have created by these "yes, I accept" this model of "free to play"
and today we manifest;
It was necessary to do it before!
now, the dev do what he wants, he put time into his code, he gets his work out of it!
or it's up to me and you to participate, or it's up to us to code our own game,
That being considered, I had seem many games that demand more time to be spent. I don't expect to spend money on these games, if they get boring to the point I'd need to spend money on - which there are tons of games with way better content which do - I'll just quit.
And I think LavaFlame2 should add option for players to choose how to save our data. I saw review complaining of having to provide email, and here I see ppl complaining they wanna share data between platforms. If he'd let ppl choose, it'll all work fine.
I guess that IdleOn being an online multiplayer game requires players data to be stored on a server which also needs processing, which Steam cloud doesn't support. I guess that most common online games system is more expensive than LavaFlame2 wishes to use.
Idle Skilling is singleplay, so I guess he chose to use Google for Android and Steam cloud for PC because they're free for him, but of course their data aren't shareable.
