Why Do I Still Hold an Ice Cream After Gaining Them Alll?

I don't know if it's supposed to be that way, but I've been on TeeHee 3 for over a month now and I increase all of my stats daily. Yet, I do no damage at all to this thing. The only thing I can assume is happening is that I've completed all the Ice Creams, yet, whenever I Ascend or Rebirth, I am being told I didn't accept an Ice Cream and when I start, the last Ice Cream is still showing at my lower left. Is it supposed to be that way? Is TeeHee supposed to take forever to beat? There are SO many more to go!

Yep, 2 more Ascensions and a Rebirth and it's still screaming at me that I didn't accept an Ice Cream, even though I have em all and have the 3rd Torch. It seems I can't get up nearly enough damage to take on TeeHee 3, let alone the next 12 after it.

once you deliver all of the ice creams in dairy isle you are rewarded with an ice cream that doesn't decrease your stats (likely because of an lavathian contract)
