i was in fighting area fighting a snail and just the screen faded to black and then death itself apeared with 10 million health and then left again

it happened again he drops 100 thousand if you kill him and you have about i think 5 seconds ish to kill him

its about 8 seconds you have to kill him other wise he disappears also he doesnt attack
you cant use midas's touch on him damn it i cant get rich i waited so long to

It happens wheneever your Hp falls to Zero outside of Crusade/Raids.
If it happens a lot, then that is a clear sign that you are to weak.

Yes you can, he becomes less of an issue further down the line, though you will want to kill him at least once.
