Is someone else having the same issue, achievement is not popping for me.

Yes, tried getting this today, had all the characters in the notebook but it didn't pop

Mark someone as suspect-

It only pops up at the very end of the game, even after the credits.

Had to replay three times! First time, I didn't mark anyone as suspect. Second time I only marked one person as a suspect. Third time, I marked everyone as a suspect, and it popped after the credits. Hopefully this helps someone out.

Same I had to play it 3 times to get the achievement.

Just finished my second playthrough of the game. First one was blind and I only got the "Sticky" and "Fibber" achievements. Second was with guide and I got all achievements.

For "Expert Investigator" I got all notebook entries (inlcuding the last page with the banana) and only marking the true culprit as suspect.

After the parade finished I got the achievement.

I didn't mark anyone as suspect and got it second time round. after I got dev photo.

I got it on my second run when I popped the fibber achievement by using scene select. Didn't even complete the last page w the banana. might be bugged or might be that way on purpose. I got it even with having someone other than the true culprit marked as suspicious
