New plans - new TDE game or Hexxen 1733: Morgenstern?

According to older info Ulisses planned some other smaller TDE PC game and PC game Hexxen 1733: Morgenstern based on the world of Hexxen 1773 - probably isometric RPG?

Can publisher tell us if this plan is still valid? Do Ulisses work on this Hexxen game?
Or was it abandoned?
Or does Ulisses plan Kickstarter for these games?

Can you confirm if it is isometric RPG?

Nothing against 3D RPGs but I assume that its not big game. So smaller, cheaper isometric RPG seems to be more realistic project for Ulisses. Probably something like Shadowrun Returns.
