Do mobile players count in steam charts?
I just wonder. Does someone know it? And if I start the app via smartphone does it show in my friendslist that I play the game? Can't test it, cause the app keeps crashing for me.

Shouldn't count, mobile doesn't use steam after all.

I think yes,because when you play with your phone, your friends can see you, as "now playing Dota Underlords" and close to it phone icon

Thank you for the fast answer. Since I connected the app with steam it doesn't start anymore. But it works in offline mode. Realy strange.

What kind of phone do you have? I am running it on my iPhone SE but I really don't dare crank up the graphical settings any higher than minimum because I know the technology has gotten increasingly powerful since the SE came out, and I am really trying to preserve battery.

I can confirm to you however that the app will display on Steam, though you have to log into Steam using the app first. Which is critical when playing online Multiplayer (obviously). But once you've connected to the Underlords server on the app, it will activate your status on Steam. You'll also get the phone-icon adjacent to your activity:

Assuming that the activity checks out with your Steam account, I can't think of a good reason why it wouldn't also count towards the statistics of Steam Charts.

Even better is there will also be a phone displayed alongside your name in-game if you are playing on mobile.

Make sure "Dota Underlords" is exactly what you are searching for, as there are tons of imposter apps out there trying to mimic the same design and fool people into downloading their apps instead. You are probably looking for this app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/dota-underlords/id1465996312
