Shaking ghost head

I tried intruder, ghost, and camera glitch and none of them worked. Anyone know what it could be?

If it's the one in the kitchen of the old house, it's a ghost.

Yeah it's a ghost. It should work last time I checked. Maybe you accidentaly got the room wrong in report?

I think this may be a bug, I also tried ghost and it didn't work. (old house, shaking head at window)

You are referring to a different one. The shaking character you see trough the glass (living room) is not actually in the living room. The fact that you look at it trough the glass means it's outside. Sorry for the confusion.
