Any advice for the Avid Reader achievement?

Because I don't much feel like scouring through the whole house after every change to find any potential new letter because I know that's going to get tedious fast.

An incomplete list off top of my head:

• Linda's son grade list in leftmost bedside table, IIRC in a timeline where her phone is on her bed with husband's voicemail.
  
• A letter from Linda's husband in a trashcan, behind the left corner as soon as you enter her room.
  
• Shopping list for the party on ironboard.
  
• Ben's job proposal, either on his desk or someplace else in the same room.
  
• Raquel's note to Jenny about dark room lock combination.
  
• Raquel's letter to Megan almost under her bed, IIRC when she goes with Tom to visit his mum.
  
• Tom's crumbled job letter in a trashcan near dinner table.
  
• Tom's letter from elderly care home in, uhm, his personal Narnia.
  
• Tom's ledger in rightmost bedside table.
  
• Newspaper clipping about Tom's mum in the basement, some other paper to the left from Narnia entrance.
  
• A letter from Neil's mother in his desk drawer.

Thanks; turns out it was the sports hall poster I still needed.

Is there any way you can track this in game? I'm having a hard time remembering what I did and did not see for both the voicemails and the letters.
