Is it worth it pre-ordering the deluxe version?

as far as I know, the deluxe edition's content will be available at least 1 month after the initial release. If you can wait until it's available, then you can just buy the regular version

I'm not sure will this be available to be purchased as DLC after release but I think I'll go for deluxe version

I think one thing that's certain is that you're getting a tiny fraction of all the DLCS that will inevitably come out much later if you buy the deluxe edition. There's an announcement at TGS 2021 for the first DLC catalog (at around 44 minutes on the starlit report stream), and the contents seem rather similar to Stella Stage. I can't read Japanese, but I'm guessing this batch of DLCs would include the TOARISE collab costumes, some extra messages from the idols, some accessories to use in the "Stage for you" mode, and also some form of currency / items. There's also a DLC costume for Ace combat, but I have no idea if they'll be included in the same DLC or not. Knowing how Tales of Arise and Stella Stage turned out though, I'd probably hold off on the deluxe edition for now.
