How do I make better Armor, Items and Weapons

I'm near the end (last boss my level is 85) but the last boss one shot me every time.
I can't find - make items more than 180-200 level...
How can I make better items?

use a few quality traits and the +50% quality boost item, you can get quality higher each synthesis, up to 999
make Zettel with uses +3, awakening the right categories to use it in a endgame bomb (meteor, N/A)
then the bomb will have 10+ uses, stick count boost traits on it (Count Boost = Boost by Count + Ultimate Power)
you can two shots the final boss
